Olive Hummus

Simple salty bowl of hummus with clean ingredients. 

 
 

INGREDIENTS
1 can of chickpeas 
1 tbsp of aquafaba (liquid in chickpeas can)
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp tahini
10 kalamata olives
Juice of ½ lemon 
1 tbsp of kalamata olive juice
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp cumin
Salt
Crackers to scoop, I love Simple Mills Seed Flour

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Drain can of chickpeas (save a tbsp of aquafaba).

2. Add chickpeas, aquafaba, peeled garlic clove, tahini, cumin, extra virgin olive oil, salt, 7 olives, and olive juice to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a serving bowl

3. Chop the remaining olives and sprinkle on top.

4. Serve with crackers.
